Review summary
We have been on 23 other cruises and the customer service and quality of food left a lot to be desired. The cabin was fine and our cabin steward was nice but the rest was just ok. I've never been on a ship that didn't have some sort of broadway production and the shows were horrible, a comedian, a musical duo and a magician, nothing more. We are looking at another cruise for June and it won't be on this ship and hopefully not on Norwegian.

I would agree with your assessment of the stage entertainment, that was kind of barebones. The reggae band was pretty good that played poolside. The kind of entertainment is generally not up to RCI. But I don't get your problem with the food that it rated a "frowny face." What did you dislike so much? Were your eggs runny, or were YOU?
