Review summary
The ship was beautiful and the staff was helpful, but there was not enough attention paid to details. For example, the excursion staff did not take a "head count" and 2x left without us (NCL excursion staff did not specify where to meet for excursions), and left us AT an excursion another time! Also, when had plumbing problems 2x during the cruise and both times it took at least 8 hours to be addressed (1 time we had to wait 15+ hours!). Also, individualized needs were not accomodated (i.e. extra blankets, enough towels, etc) making the cruise experience extremely unpersonalized. Lastly, the guests were not able to serve themselves at the buffets ; the buffet staff were often rude when asked for additional portions/extra condiments, etc.Ship experiences

Pros: The ability to chose when to go to dinner.
Cons: There wasn't enough entertainment options (only 1 disco).
