Review summary

This was our 4th crusie with Norwegian and our most dissappointing. I would not recommed the Boston to Bermuda on Norwegian to anyone. The 3 plus hr. wait to board ship with elderly people standing in line after 2 hrs charis were brought out & not until inside the terminal soft drinks were given. Being a Lattidues member meant nothing, lines were just as long & slow & not one crew member offered an apology. Did not sail until after 7PM, sail time was 4PM.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
The food execlent, The staff needs drastic improvement. We were a party of 5 & choose not to share tables, though dine room was 1/2 empty we asked for window seat & was given but attitued of seating staff was less than friendly. Wait time for receiving meals was totally unsatifactory, an hour plus wait to received meal. On our last morning on ship we were 1st to be seated and last to be waited on in waiters area, I had to get up and ask a head waiter to find out why the delay. Toast served a good 10 min before meal was finally served which when received was luke warm.

Entertainment

All entertainers were superb

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
The the majority of staff were friendly, there were several that need an attitude adjustment, above already mentioned dine staff. The mgr. of the jewerly store also had a very non customer service attitude

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
The overall appearance looks old, need to up date carpets and furniture. The elevatores sounded like they could use an update as well. Also when we were in the room the first evening the room was ice cold both my husband & I ended up sleeping with our jackets, jeans and socks. Venting system was closed and not fixed till next day.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
There was no padding to cover the seam of the 2 beds that were put together, very uncomfortabe for sleeping. The general condition of the bed lines were below standard, they had black stain marks which made it questionable of the cleanilness.
