Review summary

When booking this cruise I was told this ship had a spa with salt room snow room etc. I was VERY disappointed to discover I was lied to. However the disappointment didn’t stop there. I upgraded to the haven suite was told the concierge would be available. Called about two different issues left messages that were NEVER returned thankfully the butler knew what customer service means!! I was over charged for excursions. Ask that the credit be applied to my onboard account that of course did NOT happen it went back on my card which takes up to two weeks to receive. Our excursion was canceled I begged the manager for an excursion with sled dogs that did NOT involve a helicopter. She told me that did not exist I explained I saw this info online she told me I was wrong! There were other excursions with sled dogs that involved a bus ride! Worst experience EVER on any of your ships! Haven suit while. If and very nice SO not worth the money. There were 3 people on your ship who actually had customer service skills. One was a young gentlemen who would fill in at the concierge desk when we would arrive at a port. The other was our butler and steward. Had three spa appointments and had almost an hour wait for my massage and was told I could go to the TINY sauna so I could see the glacier RELLY!!!! I found NO “Joy” on this ship and could not be more disappointed!!!
