After you get through security it is smooth sailing from there. The check-in desk was well organized and efficient!!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
I didn't have a bad meal. I was able to eat at most of the Specialty dining venues. My favorite meals were at Teppanyaki and Cagney's. I tried escargot at Le Bistro and it was good. I thought I wouldn't like it, but the way they prepared it you cannot tell that it is snail. All restaurants were clean and the waiters were friendly and eager to please.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
I learned my lesson from being on N. Bliss. You have to book all your onboard activities before you get on the ship. Those activities that you can't book embark early and sign-up as soon as you get on. I was able to go Go-Cart Riding, do Laser Tag, and Virtual Pavillion. I loved everything . The only wish I have is that it was easier to pass people on Go-Cart Riding. There should be a rule that slow people stay to the right.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
I loved Elements. It is the best show at sea. I was impressed with everything the show had to offer. I loved that they they included us in the snow and wind element scenes. I was not a fan other the other show. It put me to sleep. I may be biased because I am not a fan of musicals.

Children's Programs

I did not bring children on board.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was amazing. They were nice and very helpful. My room steward made answered all my questions and was very helpful.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
I love the layout of the ship. If I had to find an issue it would be to make the observation deck the whole deck and not just the front of the ship. You will be able to fit more people there. Other than that everything was easy to find.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The balcony is a nice size. There was enough walking room.

Ship tip

Book onboard activities early.

Transportation back to the airport was horrible. We prepaid for super shuttle, but still had to wait in line. It took a hour before we were able to get on a shuttle to the airport. I suggest you book a private car. The taxi line was equally long.

Disembarkation

We walked right through. They had it planned out very well.
