We travelled to Vancouver from Kentucky on the NCL airline arrangements. Had to be at the airport at 4:00 am. Only one stop in San Francisco with a short layover than onto Vancouver. Sailed the next day. I think if I haven’t changed the same day arrangements I would have been a nervous wreck as we didn’t make through customs until 2:30! The trip. Back from Honolulu was of course the red eye. We arrived at the airport at 7:00pm for a 9:00 pm boarding. With layovers on the two flight home, we arrived at 4.30pm. Quite a long day! The cruise itself was awesome.

Very nice but we had a no flushing toilet on arrival. It was repaired the same day we reported it. One mattress was urine stained and was malodorous. Once again, reported and immediately corrected. I would think these things the cabin steward should have noticed before our arrival. Also had a slow draining tub.

Don’t wait to book excursion on the ship. Do it in advance on the website.
Terrible. Missed our shore excursion while we waiting in the Stardust Theatre for our number to be called. By the time I asked about it the tour was gone & no replacement or refund offered. $350 down the drain. Did I already mention how rude the shore excursion desk people are?
