Review summary
We were promised in writing for an ocenview cabin and we got totally obstructed view cabin. We are upset and disappointed. This is our fourth Norvegian cruise.

You got what they promised. An Oceanview. The fact that it was obstructed seems to me that you may have booked guarantee in which case you can't research your cabin prior to booking. If you did choose a cabin when you booked, and didn't research where the cabin was and if it was obstructed or not is on you for poor planning!! And by the way...NEVER post your name and any phone numbers. Not only is it against the community guidelines but opens the door for unwanted phone calls!!!
