Review summary

we had a wonderful time. all of the staff was wonderful and can't do enough for you. i only had one little incident with one gal at the customer service desk that i thought was rude and handled badly. instead of fighting with her i just walked away and sent my husband down later. just chalked it up to her having a very busy day. we love listening to rowan sing in the mornings as he spritzed our hands for breakfast. fun times all over the ship. bingo is too expensive. could only afford to play once. the cruise director and staff were great. sure had fun with zesty zach and kevin. lots of fun. we are looking forward to our next cruise and decided we have only cruised ncl why change now. loved it

there is so much to do, we couldn't do it all. one day i will try shuffle board.

we went to every show and a lot of lounge shows. loved the trivia. kevin is hilarious to fun

the beds and pillows are so comfortabe. everything was good quality

the bed and pillows are so comfortable. you just melt in them at night. maybe we were just tired from going all day. i didn't know that they put ice in your room every day. so just look at your ice bucket. the bathrooms are great.
