Review summary

The trip was excellent in spite rough waters the last 2 days. But disembarking was the worst. Upon arriving there was plenty of assistance with luggage, directions on how to proceed. We checked in through an area that was well lit, carpeted, heated and furnished with seating if needed. When we disembarked, we were basically pushed out of the way onto a pier not heated, poorly lit, no seating, no help with luggage and no guidance on possible ways to meet arranged pick up. Pier personnel were rude and issued bad instructions that were frustrating in terms of effort and time.
