Review summary
We liked the ship a lot. The only downfall is that we believe the "Freestyle" concept should be altered. There were 4 places that you could eat Freestyle and 8 places you could PAY for. It is my opinion that Norwegian should have ONE buffet freestyle (like the Garden Cafe), 2 or 3 places that have ASSIGNED seating for quicker and better service, and only 4 places you could pay for . Freestyle cruising ultimately means the service is not as good because you do not get the opportunity to get to know the wait staff. There is sadly no incentive for the wait staff to work quickly because they get tipped automatically. I like tipping more for better service when it is received. However, Freestyle does not allow for it.Ship experiences
