We have a MAJOR complaint about the kids' club staff for the 2-5 year olds. the majority of the staff never smiled (with the exception of 1 or 2 of them), they never gave us the warm and welcoming feeling that parents should get when dropping their kids off to be cared for by someone else. in particular, ALABAMA was TERRIBLE. her attitude was poor and the way she spoke to us was downright rude. she has no business caring for kids.

we went to the Atlantis. awesome. we looked at the Atlantis excursion through NCL, but at the time they were sold out and we couldn't be guaranteed tickets. we also didn't want to be bothered with the 1st-come-1st-serve tickets at the Atlantis, so we just booked a room for the day through the Atlantis. it is marginally cheaper this way but at least we were guaranteed entry that day.

It was ok. 3000 people off-loaded onto a small beach isn't really very relaxing or private, but the kids had fun. i just wish there was more shade options as it was sweltering hot.

Port Canaveral, Florida

we opted not to do Port Canaveral, but we arranged to go to Magic Kingdom instead. it was a great day.
