Review summary
The ship was large, beautiful, clean and well kept. We had one problem. Our excursion in Nassau was cancelled. We were not made aware of the cancellation until we got back to our room the night before around 10:30pm. At this point there was no one at the excursion desk for us to talk to. We were told they would be on the dock at 8:30am. They were but the problem is that at that point many of the excursion were already sold out or it was too late. If an excursion is cancelled NCL should ensure there is someone you can talk with. Also, I understand things happen but as a guest you have to cancel 48hrs prior to an excursion but NCL was allowed to cancel our excursion in less than 24hrs with no penalty. They didn't offer anything to help ease the problem that we were in Nassau and had no excursion due to their issue.Ship experiences

Pros: Food, Entertainment, Exceptionally clean and well kept ship
Cons: 1) One family pool for whole ship. By midday the pool is ridiculously crowded and unless you wake up early and go poolside you will not get a chair. 2) Italian restaurant. not worth the extra cost
