Review summary
This was a totally 'no-frills' cruise. No snacks in the lounges, crowded show lounge with no place to put a drink, incessant lines for everything - every meal involved standing on line (unless one paid extra for a specialty restaurant). Activities on sea days were limited to those for which they could charge (like Bingo, art auctions, etc.) with very little to do that did not involve a charge. On the positive side, the entertainment was good and the food was edible. I have a dietary restriction and they took very good care of that (and kept me healthy).Ports of call
Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
Pros: The entertainment
Cons: The dining arrangements which were neither free nor stylish. It cost money to eat every night unless one wanted to wait on line in the corridor for 35 - 45 minutes. This was a totally no frills cruise - great for those with no prior experience, awful for those used to normal cruises.
