Review summary

Our room was always clean and inviting. Only trouble we had was finding a spot on deck to lounge. People were throwing their towels on a lounge chair and "reserving" them all day making it difficult for others. Management should address this issue. The days went by fast. Alot to do on ship if you wanted . Never did get to finish my book.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food was ample but repetitious in the cafeteria area. The food was always hot when expected. We ate at various places on board. The presentation was very nice and the menu was interesting at the other public restaurants. The restaurants on board that you need to pay extra to experience were worth it

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Always looked forward to the nightly entertainment. Took advantage of the health seminars offered in the gym area. The instructor certainly knew her topics.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff was incredible, great attitudes and always smiling. Sincere in making our vacation fun. It wasn't clear to us how to leave extra tips for the staff and unfortunately we didn't see our room steward when we left the ship. .

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship had a fresh feeling and modern. All bathrooms were immaculate.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our room was very comfortable and always well attended to.

Ports of call

George Town, Grand Cayman

It was a little hectic since due to the water conditions we had to port outside of the town and take public transportation at our own cost. The downtown area was too crowded due to the cruise people. And if you didn't want to buy jewelry you didn't have to spend too much time there. We took advantage of a $20 per person tour of the island. That got us away from the crowds and we felt we got a better feel of the island.
Don't Miss: If you have time definitely go to Sting Ray City tour

Cozumel, Mexico

What a tourist trap. People trying to sell you jewelry and other items at high prices. If you want to spend the time bartering you can walk away with a 70% price reduction. Not worth the hassle. We did eat at a great Mexican restaurant. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Also had Mexican musicians to entertain us.
Don't Miss: Great Mexican food .

Pros: The staff was wonderful. We were always greeted with a smile from all the staff.

Cons: Hard to find a lounge chair on the pool deck area
