Try the Act Big Bus, they might pick up at your hotel or the airport. Also, Go Purple Shuttle is an option. we are booked with them on the 23rd. Pick up from our hotel. The Alaska Railroad should also still be running on that date.

I've done the Alaskan Railroad from the airport to Seward and it was a wonderful trip. well worth the cost
