Review summary

Provide no directions indicating the terminal. Lost luggage at the port never found by ships crew, i gave my bag to the cruise line porters at the boat.

The port was skipped... found out later that the boat has not stopped at this port in over two week. I don't believe it has any staff working. I could not see anyone on shore from the boat?

Hmmmmm, I'm willing to bet that the 25 minutes for a drink was more like 5 minutes. If you used the servers, then maybe, but must realize, you are not the only one on the ship. If you go to the bar, the wait is always less than 5 minutes easily.
