Always had to wait for table at restaurant. Buffet good food but always crowded and after 3-4 days menu was repetiitive. Not much variety

Our luggage was delayed 4 days by airline provded by NCL. Saw a memo sent to staff telling them luggage remained in Miami and would meet ship in Rome yet staff continued to tell us it would be at next port for 4 days. Ana O'Hara actually YELLED at me that she was through talking to me and SLAMMED her office door in my face.. Spoke to another passenger whose luggage NEVER showed up and she said Ana did the same to her. Aske our room steward for ice the 3rd day, he took ice bucket and never brought it back unti 5th day after being asked to return it.
