Review summary

Most of the crew on this ship were new so a few problems occurred but nothing major. Just a lack of experience for some staff members. Service in the dining room was very slow but waiters were extremely pleasant. The shows need improvement. The talent was there. It was just the content that needs help. We had a mini suite which was more than suitable. Loved the balcony. Not sure this ship is very handicap friendly as there are a lot of stairs.

specialty restaurants had a price but the night they had two for one, we ate in the LeBistro French restaurant which was worth every penny

All the staff we incountered were very accommodating. They even fixed my friend's suitcase for her.

Pros: Loved the ship, the staff, the cabin and the food

Cons: too crowded in the buffet, too long a wait for a table in the main dining rooms
