Norwegian Getaway ship is clean, comfortable, well designed, beautiful.The constant cleaning of the ship, rooms, handrail, kitchens, were top notch. Wash basins and constant reminders to wash hands, people with disinfectant sprays on 15th floor. I was asked to pay additional money for bowling ,it makes me sad. Ping pong tables and basketball court were good addition for activities. Fitness was good and clean. Bad SPA customer service experience. Do not expect anything complementary.

I bought a thermal sauna package for my wife. But after 6 days of use, she came back upset because when she was in the sauna, the men not only allowed themselves to manicure each other in but also to be naked. my wife was very upset and stopped walking. the manager, instead of giving her a refund or giving her a free massage for the negative experience, expressed her displeasure and said that she could cancel the package and stop going to the sauna. Horrible customer service.
