Review summary

The ship was beautiful and nice. There were more people on the ship than expected. I knew that I would have to pay for specialty coffee and alcohol. I ate in the complimentary restaurants. I was shocked to realize that even at those restaurants I was charged for sparkiling water and even at one, I was charged just to sit down. I was also shocked to realize that even when I used my ship card, I was charged. Very very disappointed customer!!!!

But the up charges are clearly marked, so they shouldn't be a surprise. When my mother in law ordered off the up charged menu I swear our server asked her three times if she was sure and there would be an additional charge.

same questions. we were on in April. did know sparkling water was an upcharge. no extra charges that you had. if this was the case with you, would suggest that you contact Norwegian for an explanation and or complaint.
