A bit below average, overall!

Ship layout is great. Lots of things to do, water slides, ropes courses, etc. BUT, the very worst service in the restaurants from any cruise line / cruise ship.  Service in Taste restaurant was horrible, slightly better in Savor, and a little better in Tropicana.  Food was served lukewarm to cold in all the restaurants even the high end pay restaurant Cagneys.  Atrium very small for the Activities there.  You need to go at least an hour in advance if you want a seat, or to see anything.  Level six was always freezing.  Smokey smell throughout center of ship and on level seven and 15 due to smoking allowed at the outside bars.  As a non smoker, I wish there were some nice areas to go outside, that don't allow smoke.  I had to move around a lot on the decks depending on how the wind was blowing.  I had a balcony room on floor nine, and could smell the smoke on my balcony from deck seven below me!  A very noisy ship - everything was extremely loud.  The show Legally Blond would have been better if they didn't scream and screech through the numbers.  Same for Burn the Floor.  Dancing was great, but when they sang you couldn't understand them.  The Illusionarium was great and best food on the ship at a set menu - no choices.  Rooms were small but quite, and nicely appointed.   Since the same shows are on the ship for a year or more may never return to this ship to see if it has improved.  Couldn't get into some entertainment as wasn't booked early enough.  Seemed that the best entertainment was in smaller venues and hard or impossible to get in to see them.  They definitely need better organization.
