Review summary

Easy port in and out. Friendly staff. Bermuda is a fun destination. Garden Cafe and general dining needs to be improved greatly. Some entertainment scheduling needs to be improved for better venue or attentive staff. Fun time with family so we'll travel out of Boston again.

Easy paying ahead for parking and taking the shuttle to the port.

Food and Dining

Specialty dining at Teppanyaki, Moderno and Cagney's is 5 stars. All other locations have mediocre food and desserts.

Onboard Activities

My 10 yr old son wasn't impressed with the water slide. He only swam twice for short periods of time due to overcrowding in the pool. Exercise class didn't have enough room on pool deck for everyone to participate. It was cancelled twice due to weather so should be moved to Bliss or Spinnaker daily. Spa should stick to selling services because they didn't have the Chinese medicine classes on the schedule.

Justin Golan, Jose and Patti, Prism band and the comedian were 5 stars. All others were mediocre.

Staff was exceptional. Friendly, happy and wanting us to have the best experience possible.

The ship was very clean. It's an older ship so layout is better for lounges and pools on other ships.

Indoor cabin was perfectly sized

Ship tip

Get to shows early because seating is limited.

Shame you think that the Resturant are so so I found most of the main restaurants very good the garden cafe should be used for snacks not for full on food it is where all the staff eat as well.
