Review summary

Just returned from Bermuda cruise on the Gem The Good: Nice ship size, easy to navigate Great entertainment-loved the shows & lots of variety Justin, the piano player was awesome Made to order crepes at the dinner buffet The ship is very clean Lots of fun playing “Deal or no Deal” Easiest debarkation I have been through The Rest: No towel animals unless you request them at guest services We never met or interacted with our room steward at all The food! The buffet food was ok, but the same every day The main dining room food was not the quality I have had on other ships O’Sheens is open all of time but the food is terrible Very pushy sales pitch (at every show daily) to purchase future cruises Overall a great cruise and I would recommend this ship

Just my daughter and I on this cruise in July. Hope it goes well. First time on Norwegian.

I heard we have to request our towel animals now. As for the cabin steward, we've been on the Gem twice and saw ours all the time both times. The cruise next certificates are actually worth the money if you cruise a lot.

We are also on this ship next month. The towel animals thing is fleet wide. We have enjoyed them over the years.
