UR INSIDE ROOMS R WAY TO SMALL..AND U DO NOT OFFER ENOUGH SUGAR FREE CHOOSES.. THERE SHOULD BE MORE OF A SLECTION ON THE SUGAR FREE DESERTS.. WE WILL NEVER CRUISE WITH NCL EVER AGAIN

@CHILLMAN...EXACTLY on target. The problem is too many people want their agent and/or cruise line to hold their hands before, during and after the cruise! Their issues are always someone else's fault!! When I started cruising back in 1990, I was so excited that I researched everything I could about the cruise from the cabin, ship, excursions etc. And back then, there was NO internet!!!

The food on the gem was amazing. My only complaint was the gem is for older people there isn't much for a younger crowd to do. The white party was amazing and the drinks were great also. I would love to see what the other ships have to offer through ncl. Before I give up on them I am going to try other boats

they no longer do the chocolate buffet. I cruised in July. the white hot party was a blast. the food was amazing & we had a mini suite on deck 11. by far my favorite cruise line you'll have a blast!!

If you ask them to split the double bed into 2 singles it opens the space in the middle of the cabin and makes it look way bigger

If people would spend ten minutes to research room sizes, closets, showers etc. BEFORE they book a cruise, they could then decide if they want that room, or a larger one. I just got off the Gem, inside room at the stern, deck 10. Plenty big to sleep, watch a little in the morning, great shower and large closet with many hangers.

We had an inside room on deck 9. It was nice and had a huge closet. I was actually surprised. But......... I do love the balconies and would love to try haven.

People complain about anything if your having fun the only time your in your room is to sleep and shower!! That's all you had to complain about was the room and sugar free stuff! Next time get a suite

I thought there was too many sugar free deserts lol. It seems most cruise lines have cut back on how sweet the sweets are. Probably trying to cut back on the diabetic deaths..
