The food in the buffet was the same every day (with minor changes).It was usually cold. No trays. Lack of staff to assist. the dining room lamb chaps were tough, was had to ask for steak knives

What is to expected from a cruise ship. Many were inattentive and lack of english was a problem (including desk desk)

Beds not properly made. Spilled wine remained on furniture and bedding. Sheets not changed. Lack of amenities and towels
