The best of best when it comes to steaks. Great variety and great service. You will not be disappointed.

They need to review their staff and chefs

Avalon was the manager and the nicest man we met on board. He ensured that our food would be perfect and asked us back a second time to prove it. And he did. A+++. A must try

Great Service, too bad the food was not. I had prime rib, and I make it so much better, and it was tough.

Not sure why everyone raves about this restaurant. I've been twice, once on the Dawn and once on the Gem. Both times were extremely disappointing. I've had better steak dinners at Applebee's, The 99 or Longhorn which doesn't say much for Cagney's, especially if you don't go with a meal plan. Food was overpriced, poorly cooked, the quality of the steak was abysmal and the ambiance is similar to a middle school cafeteria. IMHO anywhere else on the ship is better than Cagney's. Needless to say, we won't be giving it a 3rd chance on our next cruise.

food was cold. would not recommend to pay the price if not in the meal package. Don't pay for the crabcake upcharge. Can get it for free elsewhere on the ship. Steak was either over cooked or undercooked for our party.
