Review summary

This was my 2nd cruise to Bermuda with Norwegian. I love crusing with NCL so relaxing. Freestyle dining is great, no rush go at your own pace. Dress up or not love it. I loved the layout of the ship. My favorite was the Waterfront. So relaxing, nice comfy chairs in a shaded area to watch the sea go by and read or play cribbage. Plenty of activities. I did not go to the pool area , we spent most of our days at H20. Quiet adult area. Casino was fun. Always activity in the Atrium.

Food and Dining

Ate in the buffet for breakfast & lunch on the first few days. Savor & Taste the rest of the week. Food was very good, service outstanding. Be sure to try the potato skin appetizer with crab salad. DELISH! Ate at 3 specialty restaurants Cagneys, Moderno and LeBistro. Very, very good. The service everywhere was terrific.

Went on the waterslide. Very enjoyable. Spent most of our time at H20 the adults only area. Very nice. A pool would be nicer, but the grotto was refreshing.

Entertainment

The shows deserve 10 stars. We saw After Midnight and Choir of Men. Outstanding. I highly recommend both. Don't miss Howl at the Moon in Headliners. Two piano players that take requests, alot of fun great entertainers.

Service and Staff

Every person on this ship was fantastic. You could not walk by any staff person without them wishing you a good morning or afternoon, ect. Always smiling and there to help.

Cabin / Stateroom

We were in rm 9152 a family balcony. Very nicely laid out. So much storage. There are two cabinets under the tv with 3 shelves. 3 plugs on the counter above the fridge. Hairdryer works great. The lights beside your bed have plugs to charge your phone. The closet has 5 shelves (1 has the safe on it) very spacious. Enough hangers and space for shoes. A shelf up top for more storage. The bed was so comfortable. You need to put your keycard in a slot to turn on power to the room. Great energy saving idea and you always know where your card is. The A/C was freezing, but we figured it out after day 1.

Ship tip

Do not miss the shows!

Caves & Waves. It was fun and Germaine the tour guide was fantastic. Very informative about the island. Bermuda is a beautiful island. So clean and people are so friendly. We went to the Maritime museum. Very interesting. The dolphin experience is located there also. We got to see the dolphins. A baby was born in June sooo cute.

We chose to check our luggage Sat night. We had breakfast at Savor. We waited for about 20 minutes to get downstairs for our luggage. About 10 min to get through customs. Very smooth.
