Review summary

Second time on the Escape and we will definitely book another NCL cruise ! My 23 year old son loved the main pool and parties , my husband loved the bars and different how’s , and I liked the quiet on the back sun deck. There was something for everyone !

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We are breakfast every morning at Taste and most nights in The Manhattan Room , lunch at either buffet or O’Sheehans. We loved the Manhattan Room for dinner , nice ambiance and service on some nights was a little slow but we weren’t in a rush ! We found the food to be good, a few entrees we didn’t like we sent back and replaced with something else no problem.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
My son and husband liked the action/shows at main pool . I enjoyed the quiet of the adult sun deck at Spice H2O.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Choir of Men was excellent ! Enjoyed dueling pianos , singers at the Brewhouse , and entertainment in the Manhattan room .

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Our room steward Ryan was excellent , room was clean with nice towel animals left each day and extra towels whenever we wanted. The bartenders were excellent and fun , and we never had a problem with the wait staff , always friendly and accommodating. Jacky the cruise director was Awesome and my son loved all the theme parties at night at Spice H2O

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Second time on the ship and we love it !

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
I was extremely nervous about not staying in a balcony cabin but we loved this room . It was ADA compliant so it was much bigger than our previous balcony room , and we had our 23 year old son with us so we liked the bigger room and bathroom over having a balcony ! Extremely clean , bed very comfortable!

Ship tip

It is a big ship with a lot going on . You can do as much or as little as you want..

Ports of call

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda
