Review summary

My tip would be don't waist your money on NCL it was the most money we have spent on a cruise and Definatley not worth it!!! Go With RCL (Royal Caribbean) they are better priced with way superior service in every way their beverage package is 1000 times better you can get bottled water and gormet coffee and lattees with your pkge at no extra charge where Norwegian nickled and dimed you for Everything! I have been on both the Escape (NCL) and the Anthem (RCL) both comparable ships when they were both sold out and their was no comparison Royal Caribbean was the clear Winner!! From customer service to had they had people dispersed all over the ship by having additional dining venues that were included at no extra charge, you didn't have to wait for drinks are food anything really... Do yourself a favor any go on RCL!!!

Food was ok but not enough place for the amount of people, you had to wait for Everything!!! 20 minutes for a drink bartenders were slow and people were 3 deep all around, had to wait for tables to be seated... just very frustrating!!!!

People everywhere!!!! No loungers to be had and if you did find one you were on top of the person next to you … The pool and hot tubs can you say human soup!!!

"The Choir of man" was Amazing!!! I have been on many cruises and this has to be the best show I have ever seen!!! The rest of the shows were just average.

Service and Staff

This was hit or miss depending on who you had some were really really bad were they just ignored you were we waited 20 minutes for coffee and finally got it when we went to asked the Maitre'D then another 15 minutes to get creamer!!! Then waitress only put in half our tables order and not the rest so half the table was done eating before everyone else!!40 minutes wait to receive our lunch on another day, Very aggravating to say the least. Some people were very good at their jobs friendly and knowledgeable.

I must say everything was clean and spotless! The layout could be better so it was not so crowded everywhere you went!!!

Cabin / Stateroom

Kiran was our steward and was Awesome at his job!!! Our cabin was spotless and never had to ask for anything, and loved out towel animals! The only complaint we had was the mattress was saggy and not vey comfortable.

Couldn't get off fast enough and we still had to wait for the slow disembarkation... I do not know how they are in Buisness really I'm Shocked to say the least!!!
