Disembarkation

2 out of 5

Had to walk the length of the ship four times to get to Customs. Aft disembarkation "cut" the line, and merged into people who had been waiting for literally an hour and a half just to get to the building's door. Groups in later color disembarkation, were allowed through even though their color was not called yet.
