Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Food was "cruise food", not the best but not the worst... have to find what you like. Specialty restaurants were very good but not great. My experience with service was that it was less as it got closer to end of cruise. Bad experience at O'Shea's with very bad service and cold food. All in all a good experience.
O'Sheehan's Bar and Grill

our 2nd visit.. Service was non-existent. Food cold. We are not difficult people, but couldn't get a waiter to reheat.. so we just left. only place on ship that I felt was truly uncaring or just poorly managed.

Entertainment

Only saw one show (90's theme) was very good and entertaining.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Some staff friendly and attentive while there were a few that seemed angry or indifferent. Certainly don't know behind the scenes (treatment & pay, etc...) however, they signed up for it and can quit. most cruisers seemed friendly and relaxed. So, I was not witness to any bad treatment from "customers". Maybe a plant from management to survey staff attitude & quality is in order??? Like undercover boss...!
Ship Quality

Overall very clean. Design on Escape was efficient but lacked roominess of past smaller ships. not as luxurious. It definitely is a work of engineering marvel!! but I missed the Las Vegas big hotel feel.
Cabin / Stateroom

Comfort = Bed was very comfortable, a little less so for 3rd & 4th guests on bunk bed style beds. Size = Great for 2. Not so great for 4. Balcony seats 2 - so again, size limited. Cleanliness = Not perfect. but, not dirty at all. just not made up 2x daily all the time. and with 4 people crammed in, we weren't always the neatest with suitcases & misc items on small counter area.
Ship tip
Keep it to 2 persons per cabin unless you have a large full size suite.
