Depending on who you used, there may have been a form you needed to complete in order to get your OBC. It happened to my sister and she called and got it straightened out.

Who promised you the OBC? Your travel agent? Always bring a proof of your freebies and your reservations on your cruise. That way, problems can be resolved easily.

Or i should have said WHEN you book. If u look at fine print it says something like book between date X and date Y and get OBC commensurate with your cabin class.

OBC is usually a promo according to sail date. Maybe your dates didn't line up?
