I am mostly writing to WARN people about the cash back bonus offered by . You have to jump through a lot of hoops and it is specifically designed so that you forget to jump through the hoops EXACTLY as they say! And then they purposely DO NOT send you a reminder email to help you remember to sign up during the very SMALL window of time. For instance, I booked the cruise in February, but you can't sign up for the cash back until 21 days before your cruise and they do not remind you of this! It just feels deceptive when my travel agent who is suppose to be my advocate, doesn't really help me get the best out of my cruise. PLEASE set up your own reminder!! I have noticed other travel companies offer cash back benefits so ask ahead on what is required and how they go about helping you get these bonuses they use to lure you in.Embarkation

The high stars are mostly because we stayed in the Haven. Based on observation only, not actual experience, the marks would have been much lower if we had NOT stayed in the Haven.
