Review summary

Never saw my cabin steward except on the first day. Was told by guest services that they couldn't help me and hung up on. Room service never answered their phones. I gave up after 15 min wait time several nights. Several times I ordered drinks and they either forgot about them or were missing ingredients. Some had 0 alcohol in them.

Not any better than a regular balcony cabin. Others in my group had regular balcony. The only difference is the larger shower.

I have to say, I may believe him. I loved both my trips on the Escape but having issues with the room I did have a very poor experience trying to get the issues resolved. Took nearly the whole week. They were simple issues as well. Still would give 5 stars and would still go again. It's a large ship with a lot of people and lots of issues. Thought customer service could be better, still quit happy. Ready for another cruise!

Everyone should give honest reviews but this sound like a bunch of BS I was on the Escape in May and it was great. Don’t need to see cabin steward every day if you need call if not leave a note they will do whatever you want Had my share of drinks and not 1 was lacking liquor will admit some were powerful so can’t see such a difference or change
