Review summary
Never saw my cabin steward except on the first day. Was told by guest services that they couldn't help me and hung up on. Room service never answered their phones. I gave up after 15 min wait time several nights. Several times I ordered drinks and they either forgot about them or were missing ingredients. Some had 0 alcohol in them.Embarkation

Not any better than a regular balcony cabin. Others in my group had regular balcony. The only difference is the larger shower.
