Review summary

Great cruise. Our itinerary was changed due to weather. The captain did a great job informing everyone about the conditions. We enjoyed a safe day in Cozumel instead of gale force winds in Nassau. Overall awesome cruise once again on NCL.

I felt like the food quality was less than usual as were the amount of food choices. Would like to see the warm chocolate lava cake back on the menu every night.

Love Howl at the moon!! Always entertaining. Don't particularly like the 2 choices of shows for the week.

The Guppies Nursery was awesome!! Great staff. We didn't use the drop off program, but did use the hosted activities. Our 18 month old loved it!!

Our room steward, Tito, was the best I have ever had on any ship!! He went out of his way to accommodate our needs.

Cabin was great. Only complaint was that the couch bed was too hard to be able to sleep on it. It was worn down from a lot of sitting on, so it slopes ever so slightly. Luckily we didn't need the upper bunk, so we asked the room steward to put the mattress from the upper bunk on the couch. That worked so much better.
