Review summary

Very nice ship. Food was good and had many different restaurants to choose from. Their embarkation and tender operations are a nightmare. Very long lines. Service was good but could have been better in many instances.

Well lets see now, there are more than 4000 passengers waiting to board, get off to tender to private island and lastly leave the ship. How long do you think it might take? If you were given a time to be at the pier and you arrived at a different time that could have been a problem. Remember they have to check everyone in thru security then check and photograph and print up sign and sail cards along with other paperwork. Many people dont have their proper paperwork in hand or filled out. So YES there will be a wait. Just relax and go with the flow.
