Spa on Norwegian Epic

By far the best part of our cruise. I upgraded my cabin to a balcony with spa privileges. The spa is incredible. The only place of the ship that was not overcrowded. The men’s sauna and the sauna overlooking the ocean is amazing. The stone like heated chaise loungers were heavenly. Many people fell asleep. My traveling companion spent hours on the lounges on the open air back balcony. The pinnacle was the hydro spa. Many jets at various strengths.

first appointment was not honored. i got there early and was told to relax in one of the heated chairs and they would come get me. They never came to get me and i went looking and it was too late at night to honor my appointment. 2nd time i booked the special, the room and towels were cold, i was charged $10 too much and did not get the exfoliation as the package said I would have. I was told my skin was too cold !!???!!

Had spa package. It was great after all the walking on the excursions. Also great to start your trip with relaxing thermal spa and a massage. Hint: if you are used to a firm Swedish massage ask for a deep tissue. It is worth the extra 30$.

Massage was very good. Staff were very nice. The spa manager, Svetlana was I kid you not, one of the most gorgeous women I've ever spoken to.

Thermal suite is worth every penny.

Do it if you need a place to escape from your kids

Staff is amazing and great at what they do, however it is EXTREMELY overpriced and they try to push products on you, which are even more expensive!

We got complimentary spa membership to spa since we were in 14th floor cabins close by. This spa far exceeded my expectations and we used it once or twice everyday! While it had a large gorgeous hot tub pool with fountains, it also had dry & wet saunas and an awesome herbal steam room. We especially liked the private padded deck chairs that were o/s spa with view of ocean for reading. Be sure and get done for your cabin - no one else on ship gets them!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great masssge!
