It was a wonderful cruise, my first cruise post Covid. It was my in-laws first cruise and they loved it. It was a great experience to share with them!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Easy and well organized. However, they should have let us know in advance about the change in itinerary
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Great selection in the buffets, always very fresh. For breakfast, many omelette stations so you didn’t have to wait. They had coffee and pastry ladies that would sing as they passed their goodies, very cute! We went to Cagney’s, great food and service. We had reserved way prior to our cruise. All the specialty restaurants were all booked up by the second day of the cruise. The main dining rooms were great as well, food very good, great selection. Not always easy to get a specific time to eat.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We enjoyed watching the activities but we mostly roamed and relaxed. The pools as usual were very busy. Difficult to find a lounge chair
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The shows that we saw were great. However, after the first day everything was booked up. Unfortunately, kinky boots was not on our cruise.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Wonderful steward, attentive and sweet. For the most part, waiters were great. One of the waiters, forgot to give me back my card and once I got back to my room I realized he had never given it back to me. When I rushed back to the dining room, he wasn’t even apologetic. I was not pleased
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Absolutely spotless. Easy to access everything and to find everything
Cabin / Stateroom

Very comfortable and spacious. Spotless. Absolutely perfect!
Ship tip
Do it! Personally, I don’t think the specialty restaurants are worth the price since the food is so good in the dining rooms. However, if you want to dine in the specialty restaurants, reserve either before the cruise or the first day of the cruise. Same thing with the shows, reserve ASAP
For the most part, pretty good. Because of the change in itinerary, the shore excursion in Jamaica was less expensive than the one we had chosen in the DR so we had a credit on our onboard account. The morning of our departure, we got a call from guest services telling us to come and get in line to settle the account. I told them to put it back on the credit card. They can’t do that. So, we had to stand in line for about 20-30 minutes and get cash?? Then when we were ready to disembark, we got flagged telling us our account was not up to date. So yet again, we had to stand in another line. Apparently, the first guy in guest services hadn’t pressed ok to clear our accounts! Once that was done, our disembarkation went smoothly
