Review summary
This was our first time cruising on NCL, having cruised 9 previous times on Holland America. "Freestyle" cruising was an incentive for us to book this cruise as well as the destination,(Canada, Nova Scotia) The food was a very big disappointment. It was served cold & poorly prepared. Breads & pastries were cold & stale. Ice cream had chunks of ice in it, eggs were cold & watery. The ship itself was clean and adequate but we found it was very difficult to get around, to reach some areas it was necessary to go outdoors as not all elevators accessed to top floors.Ship experiences
