Very very clean..and a constant effort for it to be clean by the crew..always bustling around and friendly.The ship is staffed in half by phillipinos and they r wonderful hard working people.The room was great..we were upgraded by and had a bottle of sparkling wine in our room and warm cookies 2 nites b4 we were done the cruise. My husband is handicapped and he rode his go go all around the ship with ease...except getting out the sports bar(lip in door)hed have to speed up..alot of helpful people though working and eager to help him.Loved the sports bar and the buffet..HATED only one station for coffee..hard to get to..traffic jams..if it is free style cruising then why is one dining room designated no jeans after 530..they should all be that way. drinks are over priced..the pics are over priced..except the one when you get on embarking on the trip..19.99..in a folder with a pic of ship and also wallets and a couple of 3 by 3,s..best deal.paying 15 for a special resteraunt isnt good either...we paid enuff. the layput of the ship was good..but if they r having rehearsals in the theater and u need to cut thru there to get to your room they will tell u to leave..or of a show is goin on and u want to get thru..forget it..and i donrt like how you have to walk thru the dining roon on deck 9 if you come from the back of the ship..weirdloved the theater..superior next to the majesty..
