Great Ship overall. We enjoy the decor and the layout of the ship. I wish the Casino and the Havana room were on 1 enclosed room....so we dont have to smell the smoke

The Dawn is a very impressive ship. The cruise director, Paul Scally was wonderful. Johnny was great along with all the other crew. Rooms were kept attended very well. The restaurants and food buffets were wonderful. The entertainment was excellent. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time.

Everything very well organized

Balcony was useless. Smokers were in the room next to us. Smoked 24/7. Noisey as well. Reported to ships authorities and they were not able to help us. Ruined our vacation

This was my daughters first cruise...I couldn't have planned a better cruise. The staff was wonderful..All the people we met were the greatest..New friends for life!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, entertainment was top notch. We really enjoyed many of the ports, especially St Kitts and Dominica. We also stopped at Dominican Republic, a very sad country with so much poverty. There was little to do there. We did really like that the ship would spend most of a day (8-9 hours) at each port, rather than the 3-4 hours we had on other cruise lines. This way, we had an entire day and could see more of the island and enjoy sightseeing, beaches, and shopping. Now for the less positive things... The food quality in the primary dining rooms was not what we expected, many dishes were mediocre. To get the best food, you have to pay extra to eat in one of the specialty dining rooms. We did not have a situation like that on other cruise lines where all food was included in the cruise fee, so we were disappointed. Also we were disappointed there were no laundry facilities for passengers to wash our own clothing, we had to pay the ship for all laundry.

Nice ship although a little tired in places. Main swimming pool too small for a ship of that size on sea days.

This was our 3rd cruise on this ship in 4 years and we looked forward to see what the remodel did for it. This is a fantastic ship for families as out of the 8 cruises we have been on this ship has children in mind.

Nicely laid out, didn't seem crowded at all. Our cabin was larger than many we've stayed in and well appointed.

This was our second cruise on the NCL Dawn. The ship had been redecorated since our last trip. Not as nice as the Pearl or Celebrity ships, but adequate. We enjoyed all the buffet meals. We brought dress-up clothes but never put them on. We just relaxed as we felt like.

The ship Dawn overall was clean and well kept with some minor repairs needed. The nightly shows was fantastic and the crew was friendly. Disappointed in the amount of pay for meal restaurants and left the free restaurants overcrowded and a wait sometimes. The ports were fun and alot of excusions to choose from.

Clean and updated (dry dock in Fall of 2011) Enough elavators to get you around.
