Review summary

The ship and crew were amazing, HOWEVER we missed ALL of the advertised ports. Instead, they took us to Nassau, which is a waste of time. I would have opted to stay home rather than spend that kind of money to only visit Nassau.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Embarkation was fine

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was good, but it was basically impossible to get a reservation at a specialty restaurant and they wouldn't let you bring food back to your cabin for some reason.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Activities were fun and well-run

Entertainment

4 out of 5
All of the musicians and the Elements show were amazing. Magic show was mediocre.

Children's Programs

Didn't have kids with us

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I've never seen such friendly and hard-working staff. A+++

Something is going on with NCL changing ports.

My cruise isn’t until Feb 5th. We were supposed to do Norwegians private island, yesterday got notification we will be going to Nassau instead. Very disappointing!! Being over 2 weeks out I would say weather, mechanical issue is not the issue. Also going to Tortola, the time there was shortened by 2 hours months ago! People choose cruises based on itinerary and yes it can be very disappointing. Last minute changes I get due to weather etc. these I would say have to say are not weather related.

Glad you enjoyed the ship. Ports are never guaranteed and can be missed for a variety of reasons - weather, mechanical issues, medical emergencies, political unrest, etc.
