Review summary
It was a great experience. I cruised with Carnival last year. It was a nice experience, but Norwegian was on a whole other level. And the price was about the same, if not cheaper —plus, I stayed in a suite on Norwegian compared to an obstructed ocean view cabin on Carnival. The food was outstanding. The staff and crew were friendly, helpful, and professional.Embarkation

Ship tip
If you booked a balcony, make sure it’s not an “enclosed balcony.” These balcony are essentially a small room with a window. I almost got stuck with one of these until I was able to upgrade to a suite.
