Review summary
Room was filthy especially bathroom, and bed had pee stained duvet in duvet cover. Ship had running water issues one night. Smell of sewer on balcony . Balcony privacy door broken. Spent a lot of money for this cruise and for a second time extremely unhappy and disappointed with Norwegian Dawn Ship. Not enough staff to get the kind of service for money you spend. Newly renovated ship was very disappointing. Buffet was same everyday. Loved Bermuda but won’t be going back on Dawn.Embarkation
