We had an awesome cruise and were very happy with the crew and staff on-board. The ship was very clean, the crew and staff were excellent in taking care of our every need. They were also very friendly and cheerful! We will definitely be doing another Norwegian cruise!!Embarkation

If you use the internet package, make sure that your browser/provider is capable of using slower speeds. We had Xfinity/Comcast and the couldn't use the internet cafe computers and had to have the Internet Specialists on-board set up my iPhone to use the ships internet. The ships service was too slow for Xfinity/Comcast.
