Review summary

The trip is excellent, but my wife was late to board the ship in just a few minutes. She forgot her greencard and had it delivered by a friend, but the staffs refuse to let her on board 30 minutes before the ship sailed.

right on time. Allow enough time cause they have to pull the ropes and undo the boarding ramps etc.

Does the ship leave when they say it is supposed to leave? does it ever leave earlier than expected?

why take the chance and ruin your vacation that you paid for already and now have the added expense of flying home and trying to get all your belongings and luggage. There is no next port to fly to.

There is always people who are late and don't listen to the warnings they give. People were getting off in Bermuda at 2:30 the day we left. I wouldn't take the chance of missing the ship and of course at the very last minute people were running to get back on and almost didn't make it. Don't take the chance and then complain. Check and double check that you have everything and allow enough time to get to the ship and board.

it is posted everywhere what documents you need. it is also posted everywhere that the ship leaves on time. no excuses.
