Review summary

The slats on our balcony were broken. One actually fell. They banged against the ceiling and door. We complained about not being able to sleep at night and asked for a room change. Nothing was done until we were at our first port of call.

Those that were good were great but the first person I spoke with did nothing to help accomodate and fix our stateroom problems. We asked for a new stateroom but she told us none were available but 4 days in all of sudden one became availale !!
