Review summary
Embarkation went quite smoothly, no long lines but we we were early 11:45 or so. On the plus side: the food was outstanding, the crew was great!! The Reggae band was great! The entertanment was good. Alex and Sally were amazing! Second City was very funny! Cruise Director Gio was one of the best we have seen. The dawn is showing her age in some places. I know they have spent tons on upgrading but really ladies room doors on deck 12 that don't close; deck 13 had toilets with NO water in them and very extremely loud when flushed. Then another day there was water in the hallway and water on the floor on deck 13. The automatic from pool to Garden Cafe was not working right. Door would not open unless you waved your hand in front. People were walking into the closed door expecting it to open. We notified personnel of the issue but nothing was done. The band out by the pool needs improvement. They could not sing. They did instrumentals really well. Bermuda was very hot, sunny and beautiful! The ferrys have been upgraded and are now air conditioned! The buses are easy to use, the people were all helpful and polite. The water was incredibly warm, beaches were beautiful. Did Hartley's Helmet Dive; don't miss it. You have to book it on your own.Ship experiences

Ship tip
Make it a point to hunt out Keith from Jamaica. He is very entertaining and a delight at the Garden Cafe for breakfast and Aqua at dinner.
