Public areas could use some "sprucing up".

Rooms could also use updating. When the two twin beds were pushed together in my stateroom to make a queen bed, one of them sagged in the middle and made for an unlevel sleeping surface. Also, found used glass when I checked in to my room. I felt like the room could have been cleaner.

Pros: all the perks that come with cruising

Cons: Weak in the area of cleanliness and food choices

Recommends Norwegian Dawn? Yes!
