Ship was a good size, although sometimes a little difficult to navigate until you got the hang of it.

Generally the food was very good. We stuck to the 2 restaurants without the cover charges. (The speciality restaurants seemed like restaurants we could get at home so we opted to save our money here.) Sometimes wished for a little more variety in the free restaurants but always found something I enjoyed. The quality was good of the food. Desserts were just kind of good, not exceptional. I ate them anyway! Come with your appetite!!

Service and Staff

Mostly good. Our only real complaint was that we thought the shore excursion staff didnt know much and werent very helpful. They did have a shore excursion presentation which we didnt attend, maybe we should have. We were though happy with our shore excursions.
Ship Quality

Generally good and clean. We did keep hearing that the ship was going to dry dock soon for cleaning and updating which didnt really help us though.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had a balcony room for the first time and really enjoyed it and think it's worth the extra money. The room itself was adequate, fine, nothing special. I will say both my husband and I found the bed very comfortable and we are quite picky with beds! The rooms were kept clean. However the bathroom was just ok, and I thought really could use some major updating. The shower though did always have hot water and worked fine (although pressure was a little low.) I have been on other ships where the toilet didnt work great but that was not a problem on in our bathroom.
We did the island tour by bus. Guide was very knowledgable and friendly. You got a nice feel for Cozumel beyond just the usual tourist shopping (although there is that also). Enjoyed the tour. Only odd thing is that it was in the middle of the day and no real lunch provided. We brought sandwiches from the buffet the day before (put in our room fridge) and this worked out well to eat on the bus.
We did the StingRay City excursion and really enjoyed it. At first the bus ride seemed a little chaotic but it all worked out ok and you got some local flavor. Then you take a nice boat ride out to stingray city which was awesome. Your guide shows you how to hold and feed the stingrays. Very cool experience. The water is crystal blue, relatively warm, and about waist high or so. Great for kids or adults. Highly recommend.
